By using or ordering from the OVVO website you agree to these terms.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed after we review it and contact you if needed.
  • We may cancel an order if an item sells out or a price is clearly wrong; we will tell you straight away.

Prices & payment

  • All prices are in Jordanian dinars and include sales tax.
  • Pay cash on delivery, or by any other method shown at checkout.
  • You can combine up to two discounts on the same order.

Products

  • We try to show colours accurately, but they may vary slightly with screen lighting.
  • Sizes follow the size chart on each product page.

Delivery & returns
As set out in our published Shipping & Returns policy.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend any account that is misused.

Intellectual property
All photos, text and the logo on the site belong to OVVO and may not be used without written permission.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
