Shipping & Returns

Delivery

  • We deliver to every governorate in Jordan.
  • Amman: within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Other governorates: within 24 to 72 working hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery costs 2 JOD inside Amman and 3 JOD outside Amman.
  • Delivery is free to all governorates on orders over 50 JOD.
  • The courier calls you before arriving.

Payment

  • Payment is currently cash on delivery; more payment methods are coming soon.

Inspect before you accept
You can open your order and check the pieces in front of the courier before paying. If you decide not to accept the order, you only pay the delivery fee.

Discounts

  • You can combine up to two discounts on the same order.

Returns & exchanges

  • You can return or exchange a piece within 3 days of delivery.
  • It must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.
  • The courier fee for a return or exchange is the same as the delivery fee for your governorate (2 JOD inside Amman, 3 JOD outside Amman), unless the piece is faulty or you received the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
  • Lingerie and underwear (when available) can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • To request a return or exchange: Account → My orders, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Refunds

  • We don't offer cash refunds. As soon as we receive and check the piece, its value is added straight away to your account as store credit (credit note), which you can use on any future order.
  • Store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued.
  • Delivery fees aren't refunded unless the piece is faulty or you received the wrong item.
